Taluk Coordinator – Mythri Smart Bazaar

Role Overview

A Taluk Coordinator at Mythri Smart Bazaar is responsible for managing all vendors and Area Coordinators within the assigned taluk. This is a leadership role that plays a key part in business expansion and taluk-level operations. The Taluk Coordinator must possess strong communication and marketing skills, along with basic computer knowledge, to effectively manage teams and handle reporting.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation (any discipline)

  • Age: Between 25 and 50 years

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Marketing and field coordination skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and appoint Area Coordinators (one Area Coordinator for each area under the taluk).

    • This is a one-time responsibility.

  • Regularly monitor and coordinate all Area Coordinators under the taluk.

  • Ensure timely submission of the following reports:

    • Area Coordinator reports

    • Vendor onboarding and performance reports

  • Collect and oversee vendor agreements from all areas under the taluk.

  • Act as a liaison between the Head Office, Area Coordinators, and vendors.

Revenue Structure

  • Each taluk will have approximately 10–15 Area Coordinators.

  • Each Area Coordinator manages around 30 shops.

  • Total number of shops in one taluk: approximately 450.

(Note: Income may vary depending on the number of transactions conducted at each shop.)

Opportunity to Manage Multiple Taluks

A Taluk Coordinator who can efficiently handle operations may be permitted to manage up to two taluks simultaneously.

  • Maximum registration allowed per person: 2 taluks.
